ABOUT SCRIPTURE
The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason, but not contrary to reason. (2 Timothy 3:15-17, 1 Peter 1:23-25; Heb. 4:12)
ABOUT MAN HIS SALVATION AND THE FALL
Man was created good and upright for God said, "Let us make man in Our image, after Our likeness". But, man, by voluntary transgression, fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ the Son of God (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21)
ABOUT THE SALVATION OF MAN
(a) Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. On the cross Jesus Christ became sin and sickness providing both salvation and healing for all mankind (Psalm 103:3), being justified freely by His Grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. For by grace we are saved through faith. "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart--that is the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved; for with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation" (Romans 3:24; Ephesians 28; Romans 10:8-10).
(b) The evidence of Salvation. The inward evidence to the believer of his salvation, is the direct witness of the Spirit (Romans 8:16). The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. "And this is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us" (1 John 3:23).
(c) Faith and Works. Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ and not by human works; however, our works will determine the rewards in eternity (Romans 10:9-11 and II Cor. 5:10).

Bishop Joe Baker, gained his distinct ability to relate to diverse groups of people from his own various experiences. He has developed an ability to speak to every nationality, denomination, and age due to his call to reach the Kingdom.
As God’s vision expanded so did Bishop Baker’s obedience to His Will. Running with God’s foresight, he has been blessed with opportunities to create environments where worship freely dwells. He walks in a powerful anointing to reach those that are unchurched due to his understandable, applicable, and Real teaching. He is earnestly committed to demonstrating unconditional love to all that God sends his way. God has graced him to fervently elucidate the Word of God by his complete dependence on the Lord, his passion for witnessing souls saved, and his love for Kingdom expansion. As a result, the lives of men, women, children, teenagers, and overall families are transformed, enlightened, and empowered.
Bishop Baker has demonstrated great leadership and is commissioned to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ here on earth. While many great things can be said of this about this man, the most accurate would be that his love for people is only outdone by his love for God. He is committed to the mandate to Experience God, Love people, and Grow the Kingdom.
Lady Nikia Kelley-Baker affectionately known as “Lady B” leads by demonstration and example. She lives a life that exemplifies God and represents Christ. Her humility and peaceful demeanor are accompanied by her class and integral statute. As an a educator for 20 years, teaching and leading has been an attribute for quite some time.
Lady Baker is intensely committed to praying for, leading, encouraging, and above all else, loving God’s people. Introducing Christ to people and witnessing Him change & transform their lives brings her immense joy. The posture of her heart is saturated in redemption, repentance, and newness of life.
Alongside the leaders of Women of Refuge, it is her mission to empower women to live a life that Christ adores and to identify & walk out their God given purpose. Outreach is the heart of the ministry as it brings WOR together to experience sisterhood in an effort to be a blessing to those in need. As a woman of faith, Lady Baker is passionate about women evolving & operating in the will of God.
